The purpose of the blog is to encourage people who want to get fit to step up and learning more about fitness. The indented audience is for those who want fitness advice from an online personal trainer. The strategies of the author are to encourage readers to read his blog and sign up for a fee to help those get fit. In my personal view I will follow TheNewFit for his posting on sports recovering and tips to get fit, he offers some cool advice and fun ways to stay healthy but I wouldn’t pay for his site cause most the good stuff is free.
